One of the key elements
of the L.A. Musical Salon Series is the appointment of Artists in Residence to provide the continuity so helpful in developing
a personal relationship between artists and audience. Because we have only three concerts a year, our Artistic
Residency is a multi-year appointment.
We were fortunate to have the superb Blue Rose Trio as our Artists in Residence for our first two seasons. We are very grateful to the Blue Rose Trio -- their
virtuosity and showmanship during our 2008 Inaugural Season launched the L.A. Musical Salon Series with verve and excitement,
and set a very high standard for the future.
We are thrilled to welcome back Blue Rose pianist Rose Chen as our 2010-2011 Artist in Residence.
